Qualifications:

• 0 to 1 year of Customer Service experience.
• Ability to perform Account Retention.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong prioritization and planning abilities.
• Self-motivated with efficient work habits, both independently and as part of a team.
• Degree in related field is preferred
